Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in Austria, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Collection in person is not possible.

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the basket and at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery time

All other delivery countries	3–10 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery time starts on the day after the contract is concluded or after receipt of payment.

Shipping

Depending on the delivery country, goods are shipped from our warehouse in Vienna or by a contracted logistics provider from a warehouse within the EU. If you order several items, they may be delivered in separate parcels; this does not incur any additional shipping costs.

Transport damage

Please report any obvious transport damage to the delivery company as soon as possible and let us know at hallo@ebenthal-vital.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
